Private Client (Contentious) Solicitor - HOD
Our clients are seeking a Solicitor (Head of Department) to lead their respected team handling contentious trust and probate matters including will disputes, removal of executors, trustee claims and claims under the Inheritance Act. There is also a possibility to work on contentious Court of Protection matters.
This would suit a Solicitor who is eager to progress their career doing solely contentious probate work. STEP/ACTAPS qualifications encouraged.
