The Role
The Employment Lawyer can expect to be involved in work including:
- Contracts of Employment
- Handbooks and policies
- Grievance and disciplinary proceedings
- Unfair dismissal
- Redundancies
- TUPE
- Discrimination and harassment
- Working with a broad client base including businesses and HNW individuals
Candidate Profile
The successful Employment Solicitor will have:
- Strong background and 3+ years experience in Employment law
- Excellent technical ability
- The ability to mentor others within the team
- The desire to be active in business development initiatives
