Our clients are a well regarded firm. They are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer for a varied caseload, covering the full range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters to corporate and individual clients. Including:-
- Grievance and disciplinary proceedings
- Unfair dismissal
- Redundancies
- Discrimination and harassment
- TUPE
- Contracts of Employment,
- Handbooks and policies
- Previous advocacy experience is an advantage as is the desire to represent in the Employment Tribunal
