This can be at Associate and Senior Associate level and will cover acting for employer and employees on a broad range of topics.
This can include
- advice on disciplinary matters,
- performance management,
- unfair dismissal, discrimination,
- grievance and whistleblowing issues and claims,
- litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court
- settlement agreements
- work on contracts and policies,
- management issues,
- reorganisations and business transfers
