Office Administration / Reception

Busy Central London law firm are seeking an experienced office admin assistant to provide all-round administrative and reception support.  Suitable candidates must have experience undertaking administrative duties within an office setting, ideally in a law firm, with solid IT and client service skills.

You will be assisting with reception duties, receiving and dealing with deliveries, assisting with some HR and personnel duties, scanning post, photocopying, filing, archiving, distributing post and office equipment, delivering documents to courts and clients. 

You will need to be focussed, intelligent & reliable and must be a strong administrator, with good interpersonal skills and resilience.  This is a permanent role, requiring 5 days in the office, with no remote working.
