Residential Conveyancing Administrator
Our clients are a respected Law firm with an excellent reputation for their Residential Property Services.
They are looking for an experienced conveyancing administrator to strengthen their team, assisting a solicitor with day to day aspects of conveyancing transactions. The responsibilities for this role will see you working closely with Lawyers who specialise in Residential Conveyancing. You will get the chance to support on all aspects of the conveyancing cycle, assisting from instruction through to completion as well as handling your own files.
This is an important position for the team and will suit a Conveyancing Assistant/Administrator or Paralegal with at least 12 months experience. There are progression routes available in due course.
You will have:
- 12 months previous experience within a Conveyancing team
- A full understanding of the conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
