RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL
Respected firm are looking for a Paralegal to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus. As part of an established team, you will have prior experience and knowledge of the entire Conveyancing process to include post completion work. .
You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with variety of property matters in either commercial or residential, or preferably both.
Essential skills
- Educated to degree level
- Completed LPC or SQE 1
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurised environment
- Attention to detail is essential
- IT literate

Essential Experience
- Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases.
- Re- Mortgages and re-finances including properties in companies.
- Buy to Let (including Company) purchases and re-finances.
- Registration including companies house and Land Registry.
- Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns.
- Experience in drafting reports on title and reports on mortgage.
- Dealing with replies to pre-contract enquiries.
- Drafting lender standard documents (e.g. mortgage deeds/guarantees).
